Feedback on preprints doesn\u2019t have to take the shape of a journal-style review. Short comments or questions can also be very useful to readers, authors, and journals looking for reviewers and editors.<\/p>\n

During these 90-minute events, we\u2019ll support one another as we make public comments on preprints. Work quietly on your own comment, solicit feedback on what you\u2019ve written, or get answers to questions about where and how to post them.<\/p>\n

At the end of the event, we\u2019ll post our preprint comments publicly and get credit for them on our ORCiD and Preprint Reviewer Recruitment Network<\/a> profiles.<\/p>\n

Attend one or both events<\/strong> to build up your Preprint Reviewer Recruitment Network<\/a> profile before our journal matchmaking deadline (Sunday, January 16). After this date, we\u2019ll proactively share promising reviewers relevant to each participating journal\u2019s disciplinary scope. <\/p>\n

Use this time to read a preprint, formulate a comment, and post it publicly. You can mute your microphone\/turn off sound from Zoom in order to concentrate when you need to.
