All or none of the above? <\/p>\n The familiarity and usage of preprints is one open science practice included in eLife\u2019s<\/em> Research Practice Survey<\/a>. As a community partner, we encourage you to take and share this survey with researchers across the life and biomedical sciences to help us learn about the prevalence of different research practices. <\/p>\n Take the survey now at <\/strong>https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.co.uk\/r\/RPSASAPbio<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 please do so before October 21.<\/strong><\/p>\n The survey is anonymous and completing it will take approximately 15 minutes. Survey respondents can opt-in to a prize draw to win one of five $100 gift cards or an equivalent donation to a charity of your choice.<\/p>\n It\u2019s the hope of all involved that the results of this survey will help us inform the development of relevant resources and policies and ensure these are in tune with the community\u2019s needs and wishes. The results of the survey (including data) will be shared in 2020.<\/p>\n DORA is collecting essays about reforming research assessment in preparation for their upcoming meeting (which you can follow via webcast<\/a> on 2019-10-21 and 22).
